Welcome everyone to August’s newsletter, July’s dinner meeting was a great success with the Hon Tracey Martin attending as our guest speaker. This night was run as fundraiser and we thank everyone who donated items for our spot prizes we raised $460.00. Thank you to Te Aroha for taking such amazing photos throughout the night, these can be viewed on our website in the gallery.
Our twinning sisters recently celebrated there BPW Centennial and so there will be a card for you all to sign at our August dinner meeting for them.

The August Dinner meeting will be a bit different with it being a YBPW event. Our YBPW convener Andrea Rowe has arranged the guest speakers and will be MC for the night. We will have three of our National Executive also joining us; BPWNZ President Hellen Swales, YBPW Representative Carmen Nelson and Vice President Membership Christine Berridge. This will be a fantastic night so please bring a guest. This extraordinary panel of speakers along with your opportunity to meet members of the national executive makes this a night to not miss!
 
We are in full swing with organizing our Meet the Candidates night which is on the 19th of September at 7pm. It would be wonderful if you could all attend so please mark the date on your calendar.
