Young BPW is a network of BPW members aged 35 years and under. The purpose of the network is to give this group of young women in BPW the support and encouragement of like-minded women. It enables networking, personal development both in business skills and social skills by giving them empowerment, exposure and an (inter)national networking platform.
BPW offers the Keys To Achievement program to all members, which is very beneficial for any member's development, but even more so for young members. BPW also offers a coaching/ mentoring program. We enjoy the interaction with the other younger members as we are all facing the same challenges and struggles. It is very inspiring and also comforting to interact with women who are in a similar situation. And above all, we just have a lot of fun together. As Young BPW member you have the opportunity to attend or even deliver presentations and workshops at leadership forums, Regional meetings, Conference, the Oceania Meeting and if you’re really keen, the International Congress. Membership of BPW is a true win-win situation.
