I am very mindful of how busy you all are in the day to day busy life you all have and how you are finding yourself often stretched and maybe a little stressed out? You are being pulled in different directions with various demands and priorities.
Then take a pause, a deep breath, focus first on your breathing then once you are relaxed you can then focus on the rest of this month’s newsletter!
I like things that are simple, speedy and free, like the latest hottest trend in business known as “Mindfulness meditation”. Other words are you in the here and now or is your mind also thinking about your endless to do list and 20 thousand other things.
Mindfulness meditation focuses on improving work-related stress, work-life balance and self-care.
We like things that are clearly helpful and good for wellbeing, that also help keep one focused on the here and what is important right here right now.
