Joyous June Newsletter

Welcome everyone to June 2020 and what a fabulous month this is! I am happy to say that our dinner meetings start again on the 15th of June with candle lighting. I hope everyone will join us as we reunite after covid-19. Our wonderful Vivien Johnson will be speaking to us this month about her new role as BPWNZ VP membership and about the journey she took to Japan for the YBPW Asia-Pacific Symposium.
 
The BPWNZ Conference for 2020 happened in May which went really well for our first-ever zoom meeting for a National Conference. Congratulations to BPW Hawera who is the recipient of the Club of the Year award and the YBPW Sustainability award. Congratulations to Linda Morrison who received the Distinguished Service Award we are all so proud of you Linda.

Vivien Johnson was elected to the BPWNZ National Executive as Vice President – membership, well done Vivien we all wish you the best of luck in your new role.
At this stage, we do not have a replacement for the club Secretary role so if you would like to know more then please contact me with your interest.
