Membership agreement

By signing this form, I understand that:

I agree to pay the annual subscription as set by BPW Club Executive at the time of this application.
I am now booked in for all dinner / zoom meetings automatically.
If I am unable to attend a dinner / zoom meeting, I am responsible for submitting an apology.
If I do not submit an apology and do not attend the dinner / zoom meeting, I am responsible for the meeting fee.
I agree to my image being used on the BPW Clubs and BPW NZ social media sites and in other publicity from time-to-time.
