Desiree's MessageWelcome to July everyone! I am helping Marissa this month as she has a lot on :) Thank you to everyone who has sent in wine orders, please keep them coming and sharing our fundraiser with your friends.

This month we have our wonderful Candle Lighting Ceremony which is a great opportunity to remember our BPW sisters from around the world and to be reminded of why BPW was created. Please bring a friend as we are also going to have a fun quiz and gather questions we would like to ask MP candidates at our Meet the Candidates night in September. 

Our Women’s Education Scholarship is open for applications, please share with friends and family. We have a few camelias left for $20.00 each, if you would like one please let me know and I can bring it to dinner. The opportunity to be our club's new Dinner Convenor has come up, if you are interested in this position then please let us know.

August is YBPW month and our International Birthday 93 years, so remember to wear yellow for our club photo next month. Our August dinner meeting will be a bit different with our meeting being held in Stratford at the Arts Collective...but more to come about this soon.
